Hello,

     Welcome to Kas-Lyn-Kay Kennels. Established 2004. We are a young kennel. I have had Collies as a part of my life since 1988. My first dog was a collie and to this date they are and always will be my favorite breed.  My first collie was a sable and white bitch from Stoneypoint lines.

     As a kid I did obedience, agility, and conformation, all with the local 4-H club. I have had many years Showing livestock and dogs, along with Participating in many judging contests in FFA.  I also joined up with a trainer who I helped teach obedience with.  I know this may sound a bit unimportant but I feel it has given me an edge as I have many years with show animals and in the ring. Even though I am new to the breeding of Collies, I feel that I have an eye for the breed. Although I still have a lot to learn, I fortunately have the guidance of a few other breeders who are willing to help along the way.

     I am a wife and mother of 5 children. My children range from 18 years to 4 years. I mention this because my dogs are not just pets or property but members of the family, they go with us camping, horseback riding as well as they make perfect couch potatoes. Our Kennel name comes from a combination of our children's names. At the moment we have 2 collies a Champion Tri Rough bitch from Entias Collies, a major/minor pointed smooth blue merle male from Nordic's Collies. Also we have a Standard Longhaired Dachshund that is the life of the party since she thinks she owns my husband.
